To place an order please send an email to info@epoxyeverythinginc.com or call (518) 528 - 0820 to request an order consultation. Please provide details within your email/voicemail of what you are interested in ordering. Custom Epoxy Resin Countertop and flooring requests will require a in person assessment prior to installation. Free estimates are offered for project within a 30-mile radius. After 30 miles there may be a consultation fee, however your fee will be deducted from the total cost if services are provided.
Due to the customization of each item, standard pricing is not listed or provided on our website. To inquire about the possible cost of a project you are interested in ordering and estimates for projects, please contact us directly.
We accept payments via Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Certified Bank Checks, Personal Checks, Bank Transfers, and US Postal Money Orders. We do not accept payments made in the form of a personal check. Detailed payment information on how to pay for your invoice to Epoxy Everything will be included in the invoicing and agreement contract sent to client/buyer via email.

Unfortunately, we currently are not offering any teaching or question sessions at this time.
Client/Buyer can request cancellation up to 48 hours for tables and poster board item(s) (including weekends and all holidays, not just standard business days) after all required documents and full payment has been received for a full refund to be issued. After a period of 48 hours has passed cancellations will not be accepted due to all work being custom and no refunds will be issued.
Any acceptable refunds that are deemed by Epoxy Everything will be made from Epoxy Everything to client/buyer using the same method of payment in which the payment was originally received for the order or made in a mutually agreed upon alternate method of payment.
Order(s) will be shipped from Epoxy Everything to the client/buyer once all custom items have been completed via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking information will be provided to client/buyer via email notification and standard shipping insurance will be included. All orders shipped to client/buyer will require a signature upon delivery from carrier (No Expectation will be made).
Epoxy Everything is selling all custom item(s) “as is” and does not provide any additional warranty on the condition of the item once it is shipped and/or received by client/buyer. Epoxy Everything LLC shall not/cannot be held responsible/liable for any damages.
